Had trouble with parking and getting in due to either wrong info sent or not correct directions for either. Toilet broke on our first night after 13 hours with no working toilet she sent the plumber working on it away for whatever reason since toilet still didn’t work(plumbing was faulty on entire building according to plumber), sent me a code to another unit(to use toilet) that didn’t work had to walk to a local bakery just to use the bathroom all morning. Refused a refund due to us leaving to find somewhere with a working toilet had to find other housing 6 hours before event we came for. She blocked us after we left the home as well. Also now come to find out she’s blaming me for her inadequate plumbing through Aircover. This stay was an absolute nightmare, Airbnb fully refunded me due to her lack of taking accountability. Also parking that’s “free” isn’t free she’ll charge you $20 a day. Don’t stay here, you’ll also get 30 paragraphs of rules when you book. Book anywhere else.

Alexis me canceló la reserva un par de horas antes de mi llegada. Cosa que me dificultó el momento de la llegada al tener que buscar otro alojamiento sobre la hora y yo estando con toda mi familia de acá para allá. Pésima experiencia.

This place was excellent

Great apartment. Only downside was noise from the stairs in the hall and the upstairs apartment walking around. Otherwise, I enjoyed the location.
